Spiration, Inc. dba Olympus Respiratory America is looking to fill a role which was created to support our ongoing growth. As a Quality Engineer, you will have opportunities to broaden your experience and contribute beyond your job description to fulfill the company's goals. This is a key role in our transition from development-grade production to full commercial operations, and you'll be exposed to more opportunities in a short time than you would at a larger company.

You will support the manufacture and development of Spiration products during all phases of design, development, production, and distribution, with particular emphasis on supplier management, inspection systems, returned product investigations, and process validation. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have solid experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing support role, ideally in the medical device or other complex and regulated manufacturing industry, such as aerospace. We're looking for a bright and creative problem solver who is comfortable in a startup environment - you'll need to enjoy the challenge of taking on all aspects of a project.
